4. Orders, Payments & Subscriptions

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and Fortra does not store full payment card details.

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to charge the recurring subscription fee at the stated frequency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 7 days before the next scheduled shipment or billing date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting customer support.

We may change subscription pricing or product offerings from time to time. If pricing changes, we will provide notice, and the updated price will apply at the next renewal unless you cancel before that renewal date. If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment method on file and may suspend or cancel your subscription if payment remains unsuccessful.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By making a purchase, you agree to the eligibility requirements, limitations, and conditions described in that policy. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in accordance with the applicable policy in effect at the time of purchase.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, interfere with the operation or security of the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse content, trademarks, or intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any products purchased from Fortra Life, Inc. (each, a “Dispute”) shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if eligible. This arbitration agreement is mutual, and both you and Fortra Life, Inc. agree to be bound by it. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable consumer arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, either in the state of your residence or another mutually agreed location. To the extent required by applicable law, Fortra Life, Inc. will pay or reimburse arbitration filing and administrative fees so that arbitration is not cost-prohibitive. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. You and Fortra Life, Inc. agree that all Disputes must be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general proceeding.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
